OUR DELIVERY PARTNER IS NZPOST COURIER.

We deliver using tracked courier to North Island, South Island and Rural addresses. We do not offer click & collect.

We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day after your order is placed.

To get your parcel to you quickly Gluten Free Me opts for NZPost overnight next business day service however, once it is out of our hands we are at the peril of NZ Post upholding their delivery promise which gives them until 6pm the following day to delivery however, they always caveat this service with warning of delays from weather, machinery breakdowns at depots etc. which we can not be held liable for.

Despite us paying for a quick delivery service we suggest customers at rural and remote addresses should expect delivery within 3 days.

Your signature will be required unless you have a pre-existing ATO (authority to leave) at your address. Signatures are not required for parcels that include bread so that they are delivered on the couriers first visit. If you would prefer that we did not require a signature please let us know in your delivery instructions at checkout.

DELIVERY COSTS*

Unsure if your address is considered a rural delivery? Our delivery prices are governed by NZ Post’s classification of your address rather than whether you consider it a rural address as we can’t override NZ Post’s classification of your address. 

Use this link to check if you receive standard delivery (classed as Urban) – https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/address-postcode-finder. If it states ‘you don’t receive standard delivery’ then please select rural delivery.

We pass on the charges we receive from NZ Post and with the huge increase in the cost of delivering to rural addresses we can no longer absorb the price difference from customers selecting the incorrect delivery type albeit accidental. To avoid delay to your delivery please ensure you select the correct delivery type. Please don’t take offense when we contact you asking for additional payment for delivery if you have made the incorrect selection. 

Our shipping flat rates are:

· Auckland – Urban addresses $8 / Rural addresses $13

· Rest of North Island – Urban addresses $10 / Rural addresses $13

· South Island – Urban addresses $10 / Rural addresses $15 * Bulk orders, please contact us for details.

· Gift Baskets are a bulk item – Auckland Urban addresses $10 / Rest of NZ Urban Addresses $20 / All Rural addresses $25 .

DISPATCH

Orders are dispatched the following working day, we do not dispatch on the weekend.

You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

** Orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank account.
