Ingredients
Gluten-free pizza base
- 450 gram gluten-free flour, plus extra for dusting
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 80 millilitre extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for greasing
- 160 millilitre lukewarm water
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets and stem cubed
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
- 50 gram Parmesan, grated
- 100 gram feta, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
